This design is very basic for the beginning seamstress but also has more advanced options such as the gathered insert  and border hem.

I have also added an updated one color skirt with an appliquéd flower, leaves and rick rack design.

Super easy to make PDF skirt pattern in sizes 3/4 – 13/14 junior/misses . Simple lines yet very stylish. Only 3 pattern pieces. Slenderizing arched or pointed front band which cleverly joins an elastic back for comfort and great fit.

Great back to school, church or date skirt. Most sizes only take 1 yard of 45" material.

This design stems from a pattern that I used many , many years ago . How many years? I have been sewing for 50+ years. I remember making myself skirts and shorts similar to this waist design when I was just in elementary school.

Also included with this pattern is the original Ribbon Flower PDF Pattern with new flower designs added. The flower pins add a touch of dress up to the skirts . Take them off for a more casual look.

“Sew Handsome” jon jon is the perfect garment for that special little boy. It is so comfortable, easy to get into and just perfect for almost any occasion. Jon jons can be worn with a shirt underneath for a dressier look or shirtless for a more playful and casual outfit. The jon jon is also know as a shortall,  longall or romper.

I have 4 boys and they all wore jon jons or one piece outfits when they were little. I liked to keep those little tummies hidden and they looked so comfortable, neat and cute in the one piece outfits. 

I have included several appliqués and instructions to decorate your jon jon with. Perfect for monogramming too! This pattern is also reversible. I also include steps on adding a snap crotch and patch back or side cargo pockets. Only your imagination limits you as to what you can create with this versatile pattern.

My models are my great nephews. They were quite a challenge to get pictures of. Henry has his own style of “baby fits” and Brody could not quite stand when we did his photos.
